Our treatments use flexible light pads placed directly on the skin to deliver targeted healing where your body needs it most. No complicated equipment or intimidating devices—just a calm, personalized experience designed to help you feel better, faster.
What To Expect During Your Session
We want your red light therapy sessions to be as comfortable and effective as possible. Here’s a quick overview of what you can expect:
Dress Comfortably
Our light pads are designed to be placed directly on the skin. We recommend wearing loose-fitting, comfortable clothing that can be easily adjusted or removed depending on your treatment area.
Do I Need to Take My Clothes Off?
No, you don’t need to fully undress. The light pads must be in direct contact with your skin, but we’re able to position them underneath your clothing to access nearly any area of the body. Your comfort and privacy are always our priority.
A Gentle Warmth
You’ll feel a warm sensation where the pads are placed. Most people find this relaxing, similar to a heating pad. If you’re sensitive to heat, just let us know—we can adjust settings to keep you comfortable.

Visible & Invisible Light
Our devices alternate between red light and near-infrared light. You’ll see the red light—it has a soft glow and gently warms the skin. The near-infrared light is invisible to the eye, so the pads may look “off” during this cycle—but don’t worry, they’re still working.
Stay Hydrated
Red light therapy can have a mild dehydrating effect. To get the most out of your session, drink water before and after treatment to help your body process and recover.
How Long is a Session?
Sessions last between 20–60 minutes, depending on your treatment goals.
After Your Session
You may feel energized, relaxed, or a mix of both. Some people notice immediate relief, while others see gradual improvement with repeated sessions. We’ll work with you to find the right schedule for your needs.
When Will You Feel Relief?
Our advanced light therapy is known for delivering fast and effective results, but achieving lasting relief typically requires more than one session. To experience the full benefits of our specialized Photobiomodulation Therapy, we recommend a package of sessions. Most clients see significant improvement—often even from severe pain levels (10/10)—within just 2 to 6 weeks.
